The Overture Center
This $205 million cultural arts district center was constructed in the heart of downtown Madison. The facility provides seven venues for performing arts, including a 2,250 seat, world-class hall, as well as galleries for the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art and several regional arts organizations.

The Barbara Hochberg Center for Jewish Student Life accommodates Jewish programming, religious services, kosher dining, and various events for UW students. The 40,000 square foot facility is expected to achieve LEED Silver certification.
